Written in Fate

Written in Fate enters the battlefield with X Ink counters on it.
At the beginning of your upkeep you may choose target player. Look at the top X cards of that player's library where X is the number of Ink counters on Written in Fate. You may put any number of those cards on the bottom of their owner's library and the rest on top in any order.
