Wuhan Pandemic

Wuhan Pandemic enters the battlefield with a plague counter on it. At the beginning of your upkeep, all players must sacrifice a creature for each plague counter on Wuhan Pandemic. Whenever a creature enters the battlefield, double the number of counters on Wuhan Pandemic.
If no creatures can be sacrificed this way, sacrifice Wuhan Pandemic.
Whenever a creature enters the battlefield, you may return Wuhan Pandemic from the graveyard to the battlefield.
