X-51 Digital Dragon

At the beginning of your upkeep If X-51 is either
in your command zone or on the battlefield you
gain a time counter.
Whenever you gain a time counter, if X-51 is on
the battlefield, put a +1/+1 counter on X-51.
Partner (You can have two commanders if both have partner.)
