All noncreature spells you control have Explode (as long as spell with Exposion is on
the stack you may pay{u/r}{u/r}{u/r}. If you do,
counter that spell. Then it deals damage to target creature and up to two players equil to it's Converted Mana Cost.)
Whenever you Explode a spell, you may draw
a card and deal 2 damage to target creature.
