Xander, Vengeful Count

When Xander, Vengeful Count enters the battle-
field, choose an opponent.
Whenever you or the chosen opponent draws a
card or gains life, so does the other.
If you would lose the game due to having zero or
less life, exchange life totals with the chosen
opponent. If the chosen opponent would win the
game, you win the game instead.
