Xarda, The Endless Shadow

At the beginning of your upkeep put a shadow
counter on a creature and opponent controls
with the highest converted mana cost.
Whenever a creature with a shadow counter dies, choose one —
• Target opponent looses life equal to the
creatures converted mana cost
• Put X -1/-1 counters on target creature, where
x is the creatures converted mana cost
