Xavier Barsalou-Duval

Xavier Barsalou-Duval is the leader of the Bloc Quebecois Party which holds 10 seats in Parliament. This party affirms the separation of Quebec and values the recognition of the rights and interests of Quebec citizens. They only run in Quebec. Duval has an MBA and B.Acc. from the University of Quebec. There is no definitive evidence as to when Duval joined the Bloc but he has been the leader of the party since 2015. Prior to leading the party, he was the president of the Bloc Quebecois youth wing.
