+1: Search your library for a card with a X in it's cost, reveal it, put it into your hand, then shuffle your library.
-1: Choose 1: A card with 2 or more X's in it's cost can now be cast like it had only 1. Or you can cast a card with 1 X without paying mana cost.
-X: Search your library for X cards with cost X. Put them onto the battlefield, with each X being the number of loyalty counters removed this way.
