+2: Counter the next spell that targets you or a spell you control (exept for Xazus) and deal 1 damage to the caster.
-2: Put a 3/1 minotaur with "Scrafice this creature: Counter target spell. If it was red, deal 1 damage to the controler." onto the battlefeild.
-12: You get an emblem with "Whenever a spell targets you or a spell you control, counter it as long as it wasn't attacking."
