+1: Add any two colors of mana to your mana pool. You may cast a creature spell with power 3 or less without paying it's converted mana cost.
-4: Destroy target creature or enchantment. It can't be regenerated
-12: Search your library for a card called Vveiran, Alpha Dark Regent and set it aside. Then shuffle your library and place it on top.
