Xion, Oraganization's Puppet

When Xion enters the battlefield, put a memory counter on target creature. Creatures with
memory counters on them lose all abilities. Xion
gains all activated abilities of creatures with
memory counters on them. When Xion leaves
play, remove all memory counters from play.
If Xion would be put into a graveyard from play,
exile her instead.
