XP Drain

Counter target spell. At the beginning
of your next main phase, and an amount
of {c} equal to that spell's mana value.
An XP Drain is an item from OpenBlocks.
When you stand on it, it will drain your XP
and store it in a tank that you build beneath it.
Right click on the tank to get back your XP.
