All lands you control become Wastes.

In this universe, the people have been shown to
be monochromatic, including the world they live
in. This universe is mostly one composed of
failed attempts to create a perfect ending, as
shown with XGaster's entries regarding his experiment. This would lead to Chara revolting against him, but eventually he fails in the end.
