Xur, Agent of the Nine

When Xur, Agent of the Nine enters the
battlefield, each player shuffles their library, then
reveals cards from the top of their library until
they reveal a permanent card, players put their
revealed card onto the battlefield under their
control and shuffle the rest into their library.
