target non-boss enemy becomes your choice of
Blinded or Entangled for 1d4 rounds.
Inverted: Roll WEIRD. If you roll a full success,
a nearby ally may UPGRADE a card one of their
cards. If the result was [Full Success +3] or
higher, you regain the use of this card.
