As long as Xyrtix, Planar Mind Warp is in battle
all opponent's libraries are divided by into to half
rounded if needed. Whenever an opponent would
draw a card they choose a library to draw from. Whenever an opponent would search a library,
they search the top two cards of their library and
mill two cards instead. When Xyrtix enters the graveyard shuffle your library and when it enters exile, exile all graveyards.
