is your commander search your library for a legendary permanent with converted mana cost
4 or less put it into the command zone then
shuffle xzco the warper into your library
Whenever you would draw xzco the warper
shuffle xzco the Warper and target permanent
with X converted mana cost into your library then
search your library for a card with converted
mana cost X put it onto the battlefield
