Eminence — Whenever another creature dies,
if Yavay is in the command zone or on the
battlefield, target player loses 1 life, and you
gain 1 life.

Whenever you gain life, target opponent loses
1 life. If your life total is less than your starting
life total that opponent loses that much life
instead.
