When you land an attack with your weapon of
choice, you may expend a charge to force your
target to make a DC14 WIS saving throw. On a
fail they are frightened of you for 1 minute (10
rounds).
If they are already frightened, you can instead
use a charge to deal an extra 2d8 radiant damage.
