Yishi, Aleatoric Counterpoint

If you would flip a coin, instead flip the top
card of your library onto the playing area from
a height of at least three feet (about 1 meter). If
it lands face up, you may pay {x}, where X is its
mana value. If you do, cast it without paying
its mana cost. If you don't, put it into your
graveyard. If it lands face down, manifest it.
(Do this after determining whether the flip comes
up heads or tails.)
