When Yizba, Aged Tinkerer enters or attacks, exile
an artifact from your hand or graveyard with a brain counter on it.

Yizba has the activated abilities of all artifacts in exile
with a brain counter.

If Yizba would leave the battlefield, you may remove
a brain counter from an artifact in exile to return
Yizba to the battlefield under your control at the
next end of turn.
