not a creature.
Each player's maximum hand size is equal to
your current hand size.
If an opponent draws a card and that player has
more cards in hand than you, you may draw a
card.
At the beginning of each end step, if an opponent
controls more lands than you, you may put a land
onto the battlefield tapped.
