When Yogg Saron would be dealt damage that would put him into the graveyard instead it becomes "The Brain of Yogg Saron" it can be tapped to counter target spell unless its controller pays 5 life. When The Brain of Yogg Saron is put into the graveyard you can pay Yogg Saron's mana cost as health to return him to the battlefield as normal Yogg Saron.
