When Yokar enters the battlefield, exile up to
two target creatures your opponents control.
Put 2 time counters on each of those cards.
{u},{t}: Remove a time counter from a card in
exile, then, if there are no time counter on it,
you may cast it without paying its mana cost. If
it's a creature it gains haste until end of turn.
