Whenever a player casts a noncreature spell from
his or her hand, you get a Vis counter.
Sacrifice a Vis counter: Draw a card, then discard
a card.
Sacrifice three Vis counters: Target creature gets
-3/-3 until end of turn.
Sacrifice five Vis counters: You may cast target
instant or sorcery card in a graveyard until
end of turn and spend mana as if it were mana of
any type to cast that spell. Then exile it.
