Deathtouch, lifelink; ward -Discard a card
When Yorey would be put into your graveyard
from anywhere, instead exile it and exile target
card from a graveyard with an Oblivion counter
on it. Then return Yorey to the battlefield under
its owner's control with a +1/+1 counter on it
for each exiled card with an Oblivion counter
on it.
