When the attached creature would take damage,
prevent it, remove it from combat and turn
Yoshi back into a creature with a "Panic" counter.
(Yoshi counts as an enchantment while attached)

{2}: Remove all Panic counter from this card.

Panic Counter: Yoshi will be tapped and cannot be
untapped.
