Oh, now you've done it! You are playing this card either out of desperation, wanting to be funny, or a little of both.
All players' hands must be combined (separate from both decks in the game) shuffled, and redistributed evenly to each player. If there are an odd number of cards,
take one from the bottom of the reserve deck
and give it to the player missing a card.
