Whenever one or more Ninjas you control deals
combat damage to a player, you may look at that player's hand and exile an instant or sorcery card from it.
You may cast spells exiled with Youko Hamasaki, Informant. When you do so, you may spend mana as though it were mana of any color. When you cast a spell this way, return it to its owner's hand instead of putting it into its owner's graveyard.
