Your Neighbor Necromancer

At the beginning of your upkeep, put a spell counter on Your Neighbor Necromancer. Then
if there are two or more spell counters on it, remove them all and create a 2/2 black Zombie creature token.
Whenever a creature attacks you or a planeswalker you control, remove all spell counters from Your Neighbor Necromancer.
