When you set this scheme in motion, target
opponent chooses self or others. If that
player chooses self, look at their hand, exile
up to two nonland cards from it. If they
choose others, look at each other
opponents' hand, exile up to one nonland
cards from each of them. You may cast any
cards exiled this way without paying their
mana costs.
