You're too Slow

When this plane comes into play all players can search for X basic lands where X is the difference between the number of lands they control and the number of lands the player with the most lands controls. Those lands enter tapped.
All lands have "At the end of each turn deal 1 damage to this lands controller"
Chaos: Lands you control lose "At the end of each turn deal 1 damage to this lands controller" until the beginning of the next players upkeep.
