Rather than pay the mana cost of any creature
spell, any player can sacrifice any number of
creatures with total mana value equal to that
creature spell's mana value.
{t} Name a card, then reveal the top card of your
library. If the revealed card has the same name as
the chosen name, you may cast it without paying
its mana cost until end of turn.
{2} Shuffle your library.
