Whenever Yukio enters the battlefield, you may surveil 3 (Look at the top three cards of your library,
then put any number of them into your graveyard and
the rest on the top of your library in any order.)
Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery spell,
you may pay {1} and draw a card or return target instant or sorcery spell from your graveyard to
your hand.
Yukio's power and toughness are equal to the
number of spells in all graveyards.
