This ability triggers only twice each turn. Whenever you tap a nonbasic Island for mana, if you control creatures named Cynette, Jelly Drover and Ruki, Sanctuary Architect, create X 1/1 blue Jellyfish creature tokens with flying, where X is the amount of mana produced by that land.
