Elemental spells you cast cost {2} less too cast.
Elementals you control have +2/+2.
Whenever an Elemental creature you control
deals combat damage to an opponents, you
may exile the top card of that opponents
library. If it is a spell, you may cast it and you
may use mana as though it were mana of any
color to cast it. If it is not a spell, or if you do
not cast it, the opponent may choose too put it
back on top, into their graveyard, or shuffle it
into their library.
