Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery spell exile it, then return it to the battlefield as an X/X black, red, and blue sorcery creature where X is equal to it's converted mana cost. It has "When this creature enters the battlefield cast the last spell exiled with Zacal, Artificer of Magic".
Sorcery creatures you control have hexproof.
