For each {u} in a cost, you may have target
opponent draw card rather than pay that mana.
Each player has no maximum hand size.
Whenever you cast a blue spell, you may discard
a card. If it's a land card, draw a card. If it's a
nonland card, put a +1/+1 counter on Zaliaa.
