+1: Reveal however many cards from your hand that you want. For each card revealed this way, give target creature a +1/+1 counter.
-1: Counter target spell. Add mana to your manapool equal to that spell's converted mana cost.
-6: Create an Emblem called "Zarin's Will" with "When you cast a spell, you may deal 2 damage to any target."
