Zark, Bard of Bones

During your upkeep put a bone counter on
target opponent's creature. During each upkeep
all players who control a creature with a bone
counter takes 2 damage.
During each opponent's upkeep, if that player
controls 3 or more creatures with bone counters,
that player sacrifices a creature and is put under
your control tapped. That creature becomes a
devil in addition to its other types.
