to change whenever the bearer isn't looking
directly at it.
1/day While holding this feather, a character can
cast “contact other plane” spell without material components. The feather can also be used as a
tuning fork for the "plane shift" spell and will
take the target(s) to a random plane, near the
location of one shard of the living gate.
