{ut}: Sacrifice target creature you control with {x} in it's mana cost, put X +1/+1 counters on to Zaxara, the Torn King equal to half of X.

Whenever you cast a spell with {x} in it's mana cost, create a 0/0 black, green, and blue legendary Hydra creature token named Zerex, the follower with mana value {x} and Haste.
Put X+1/+1 counters on it.
