Deplete 2 - When Zealous Extraction enters the battlefield, put 2 depletion counters on enchanted land. Whenever enchanted land is tapped, remove a depletion counter from it. If there are no depletion counters on enchanted land, its owner sacrifices it.
Creatures you control gain +1/+1 for each depletion counter on enchanted land.
