Whenever you activate an ability of a permanent
that isn't a mana ability, or as part of casting a
spell, if one or more permanents were sacrificed
to activate or cast it, you may copy that ability
or spell. You may choose new targets for the
copy. (Sacrificing a permanent for mana to
activate an ability doesn't count.)
