Creatures you control have haunt.
At the beginning of your upkeep, put a -1/-1
counter on each creature being haunted.
Whenever Zephira, Soul's Conqueror enters the battlefield or the creature it haunts is put into a graveyard, you may put target white or
black creature from your graveyard onto the battlefield under your control.
