Requires attunement. This shield has 5 charges and regains 1d4+1
charges at dawn.
If you are hit with a melee weapon attack while wielding this
shield, you can expend 1 charge and use your reaction to blast the
triggering creature with strong wind. The triggering creature must
succeed on a Strength saving throw (DC 15) or be pushed 15 feet
away from you.
In addition you can spend 3 charges to cast the spell wind wall
(save DC 15).
