{3} Choose a player other than Zeprar's controller: each of that players opponents choose one of the following;
-Create a 3/3 red Mercenary creature token.
-Put a +1/+1 counter on target creature.
-Deal 3 damage to target non-mercenary creature.
Any player may active this ability.
