Zetterburn, The King

When this creature deals combat damage to a
creature or player, they gain a fire counter, when
they gain a fire counter deal 1 damage or give them
a -0/-1, after 3 turns destroy the fire counter, then
if they are a player, deal 1 damage to them, if they
are a creature, remove the -0/-1 and deal 2 damage
to them. If Zetterburn deals combat damage to a creature or player with a fire counter, destroy the
fire counter, remove the -0/-1 and deal 3 damage to
them.
