When Zeus, Oozing Caster enters or leaves the battlefield, you get an experience counter.

When you cast Zeus, Oozing Caster, Create X 1/1 green and blue Ooze creature tokens with, "At the beginning of your upkeep, gain a Rad counter".

Ooze creature tokens you control get +Y/+0, where Y is the number of experience counters you have.

Zeus, Oozing Caster's power is equal to the number of experience counters you have.
