You may cast Zhargoza from any zone. When
you do, gain an experience counter. (To cast
it from your library, you must both see and reveal it.)
As long as the casting cost of any card in exile is
less than or equal to your number of experience
counters, you may cast that card from exile. You
don't need to own it. Pay all costs. Follow all
timing restrictions. If a card cast this way tells
you to exile it or would be put into a graveyard,
shuffle it into its owner's library instead.
